How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us at hello@theteaapp.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How long does a lookup take?
Most lookup reports are delivered to your inbox within 24 hours. Some lookups may be completed sooner depending on the details provided.
How do I request a refund?
Email us at hello@theteaapp.co with your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and the reason for your refund request. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at hello@theteaapp.co from the email associated with your account and request account deletion. We will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
How do I report abuse or a harmful lookup request?
We take reports of abuse seriously. Email us at hello@theteaapp.co with details and we will investigate promptly. Lookup requests that violate our policies are rejected and offending accounts are terminated.
