• Use background check information for employment screening, tenant screening, credit decisions, or any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the Service without our written consent
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Background check results should be used as one factor among many in making personal safety decisions.

• Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Tea App and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tea App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tea App, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
